Owned and operated by Colm Dillon (Charleville, Co. Cork), Ireland's Four Provinces, Falls Church, was bought by Colm in March 2004.

Colm has 20 plus year's in the restaurant business in the Washington Metropolitan area, most recently as the general manager of Wash. DC's Dubliner Irish Pub and Restaurant.
